Mō to tūranga - About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Bureau team working casually across our Wellington Homes. Hours of work include AM, PM and Night shifts. We are looking for expressions of interest for the below intake schedules:

  • Intake 1: December 2025
  • Intake 2: March 2026
  • Intake 3: June 2026
  • Intake 4: September 2026

You will work as part of an Enliven team in a peer-supported environment, where everyone wants to deliver great quality care to our residents and ensure they have a positive experience whilst living in our home.  We provide weekend and nightshift allowances and overtime rates so you will be recognized and compensated for the flexibility you can bring with you as we appreciate every team member that can support our Homes to be a great place to live and work.

Mō koe - About You

As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect, and operate with a person-centred approach and high care standards. Whether you are spending time with staff or residents, it's all about the way we communicate with each other and how we get the job done that counts towards making the difference to everyone's day. 

Requirements: 

  • NZ Registered Nurse with current Annual Practising Certificate.
  • At least 2 years full time equivalent RN experience in provision of care to older adults
  • Ability to lead and mentor staff 
  • Experience working in a sole charge role would beneficial 
  • Work across all our Homes in Wellington – Cashmere, Huntleigh, Longview and Woburn
  • Must Reside in Wellington Region
  • Interrai would be an advantage - but we can train you
  • Already hold the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
