Mō to tūranga - About the Role 

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a hands-on clinical role delivering safe, high-quality care to our residents in line with professional standards and the Enliven philosophy. You’ll assess, plan, and implement care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing, while guiding and supporting Health Care Assistants and Enrolled Nurses.

This role is perfect for an RN who values flexibility and variety—working across shifts, including weekends and nights, with allowances and overtime rates to recognize your contribution. You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to creating a vibrant, age-friendly environment where residents thrive physically, socially, and emotionally.

Mō koe - About You

  • NZ Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
  • 2+ years’ experience caring for older adults (Dementia & Hospital level).
  • Flexibility to work AM, PM, and night shifts.
  • Leadership skills – able to mentor and guide the team.
  • Tech-savvy – proficient in LeeCare, HumanForce, and MS Suite.
  • CAP Nursing & InterRAI experience (advantage).
  • Sole-charge experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Already hold the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
