Registered Nurse 

About the Role 

As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for providing nursing care that is safe, cost effective and of the highest quality in accordance with the evidence, professional standards, organisational standards and policy and procedure. Registered Nurses are accountable for ensuring all health services they provide are consistent with their education and assessed competence, meet legislative requirements and are supported by appropriate standard. 

This is a permanent, full time role working a guaranteed 32 hours per week on a rotating roster. There is opportunity to pick up extra (morning, afternoon, or night) shifts as they come available.

About You 

Along with excellent communication and a quality improvement focus, you will hold: 

  • NZ Registered Nurse with current  Annual Practising Certificate  
  • 1+ years’ full time equivalent RN experience in provision of care to older adults  
  • Experience with sole charge is beneficial
