About the role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our residents in their daily living and social requirements. You will also encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselves. Your key responsibilities will be:
This is a permanent role, working 8 shifts a fortnight, which will include weekends. We work with a fixed roster so you can plan ahead, so get in touch and talk to us about what hours you are looking for and we may just have the hours that suit you. The ability to offer some flexibility to pick up additional shifts, to provide cover in the home is always welcomed. So get in touch and have a chat with us, we'd love to hear from you!
Skills and Experience
As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised with great interpersonal skills and a sense of humour. You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect. In addition, you will have:
